TrueBlackandWhite (TBW) not recognizing ipf8400

I've had an intermittent (and now seemingly permanent) problem with TBW not recognizing my 8400.

I'm on a mac 10.6.8 system, printing over ethernet, the 8400 utilities  and PS plugin all recognize the printer, and I can print both from the plugin and from Qimage (through fusion)

When I open TBW the "active printer" shows "no ipf printers found", even if I click on the refresh button.

Any ideas?

Hi Bill, nothing from Bowhaus about this? Was a driver update required for the 8400?

I've had a few emails back and forth with Jessica at Bowhaus- no joy yet!

So far the only solution is to print to the USB port. Not elegant, but works.
