The bench
« on: September 30, 2013, 04:41:08 am »

Something different from my usual. I live near Carcavelos beach, on the outskirts of Lisbon. Last weekend I got up really early to photograph the beach and the sunrise. This bench is at the entrance of the beach, and was illuminated by a street lamp. I was interested in the shadow and light interplays.

Taken with Fuji XE-1 and 35mm lens, 27 sec at ISO 200 and f11.

Regards.

Nice. I especially like the way the sunlight brings out the texture on the wall behind the bench.

And I also love how the shadow gives more depth.

Well done, Paulo.

That's a sweet shot of interplaying light and shadows! Great eye! I would have just walked pass this bench...

I don't do this type of shot well but I sure can appreciate the result.
Excellent study that deserves all the kudos that it is receiving!
