B&W Long Exposure Experiments
« on: September 27, 2013, 03:55:15 am »

Had some fast moving clouds and streams during a trip to Utah and Arizona so I did some long exposure experimentations and converted them to B&W.

Here are a few that I like from that weekend trip. I think they turned out okay.

More than "okay". Number two is superb and the two others aren't too far behind. Have you got some picture frames? I think they will be needed.

#2 is my favourite, plenty of dynamics going on.

Love the tones and nuances in #2. You might want to think about putting a black border on these images.

Thank you, stamper. I've been a fan of B&W more than color photos and I've been thinking of framing several B&W prints. I do have 4 frames that can fit 12x18 prints, but I haven't decided which ones to do yet. Here's one that I really like and will be printing.

Paulo, John and Eric. #2 is also a fave of mine, but I think I'll go back there to shoot it again. I think I can get a much interesting shot from a different perspective. :)

All very good. I always like running water, so #1 is my favorite here.
