Lots of work to shoot a very public spot -- with it sans people

I remember the Rollei SL 66 had a rotating prism >> so I could not always have to work from the back of the camera ... You really needed a sturdy - tall tripod > to reach above the crowd ..especially on this spot of the Champs-Elysees
