Sorry to rain on your photos, but...
Great background. The foreground does nothing for me as the two do not seem to in synchrony. Of course, there is no law that says they should, but the asynchrony and general centrality of the barrels - which I wouldn't have known what they are without the second photos - just doesn't work for me.

I love the sky and background. I think the image could be improved by pulling some details on the foreground (barrels)...maybe double-process the image to achieve it. I think it's still a nice image.
