When importing photos, there is a list of destination folders on the right of the screen. If I want a new folder, I right-click the parent folder and select Create New Folder. I get a Windows dialog box that lets me create the folder and then I return to LR. But, the new folder is not shown in the list of destinations *unless* I quit and restart LR. This is a bit of an annoyance!
