Now you just do it in camera  ::)  This required a little bit of pre-planing  ;)

The new way of making a good pano requires some pre-planning, too. Otherwise your pano lacks balance and contains some crap at the sides which doesn't contribute to the picture, e.g., a cropped piece of a street or other uninteresting stuff ;-)

Btw I don't believe that "in-camera-panos" satisfy any serious requirements.
