Span Memory Cards on Nikon D800
« on: August 23, 2013, 10:03:21 am »

Anyone know if it's possible to have images span cards on the D800?  That is, when one card gets full, additional images are saved to the second card?

Thanks.

Yes, it's a choice in the menu. Can check the exact menu setting if nec.

The “overflow” setting for the secondary slot function; see, e.g., Using Dual Card Slots in the Nikon D800 / D800E.

Terrific, thank you.  I wasn't in a position to check the manual and a Google search didn't turn up an answer.
