Not Your Usual Portrait
« on: August 19, 2013, 07:42:01 pm »

I thought I would post something a little different than the usual fare. Not a pretty girl or a wrinkled old man, but a rather compelling visage nevertheless, no?

Yes indeed. B/W really makes this awe-some.

Great close up! I would think color would make it more interesting but the Black and White is awesome.

The B&W is just too cool. Great detail and DOF given the nature of the shot.

There we go again! Sex.

Aren't you just delighted that these things don't exist on a larger scale? The multi-legged ones, I mean.

Maybe a bit too tightly composed for my taste but it works. If given a choice I would prefer colour.

All I can say is, I hope your taste in women has improved.  ;)

Believe it or not, my wife finds it cute. Something about the antennae reminding her of floppy ears.
