Cheap and dirty Foba in Niagara
« on: August 03, 2013, 09:50:57 am »

I have a 10' Astio stand that has been through a fair amount. I think it used to be 12' high, but a couple of feet were removed. Comes with the usual crossbar and crank/rotating tip on that bar.

This thing is pretty ugly. Lots of paint marring in areas where tape has been attached. Vertical scale has moved some but, hey, there is one. It tipped over once and got some dings on it - see the first picture for a big abraded area on the horizontal crossbar. Vertical bar may have a slight wow in it as a result of the tipping - not sure. Crossbar goes up and down just fine. Vertical rotates smoothly on base. Base rolls along the floor fine and raise/lower pedal works well. Crossbar moves laterally on its bearings OK, but there is a slight snatch at one point that you need to push it through. Not particularly smooth but I used it for quite a while.

I have a much nicer one now so this is available cheap. $500 and take it away. Sorry, shipping is more trouble than it's worth.
