Wave Rider_ Antelope Canyon
« on: July 19, 2013, 07:54:44 pm »

I have been a somewhat passive member here for years as there was always more to soak in than I could possibly process with my work schedule.
Things change and here is my first image post that I thought would be nice to share.

This image is from Upper Antelope Canyon, September 2011.
Camera- Hasselblad H3DII-50 w 35-90 HCD Lens

This image is 2 shots stitched horizontally with luminosity masking and channel mask tone curves used for definition.
Enjoy,

Robert Park

A lovely, if somewhat intense image. It looks as "liquid" as the title suggests.

Thanks for the comments.

There are so many possibilities in the slot canyons. I just wish they were like they were when I first went there in 1999.
It is like waiting in line at an amusement park now.
It is intense although I tend to make my Antelpoe images mimic the look of my 4x5 captures.
Anyone who has shot Kodak EVS in Antelpoe will know what I mean.

Thanks again,
