Copying paintings -- L.A.-based options?
« on: July 17, 2013, 05:33:13 pm »

I wonder if one might be able to recommend professional sources for making digital images of paintings in Los Angeles for subsequent print reproduction?  The paintings involve textured paint on canvas in most cases, so mitigating glare while maintaining color accuracy is important.  Some images involve details drawn from a single canvas, some involve entire paintings.  Would prefer at minimum 24MP-36MP.  Open to scanner, FF DSLR/MFD, scanning back.  Prefer a source who is set up to do this efficiently.

Thanks, Luke
