Contrast difference between LR4 and PS6

Working with a file in LR 4  I toggle the Soft proofing "On" with an Adobe RGB 98 profile and I notice a slight change in contrast ,e.g. lighter blacks in the Shadows .( attachment 13AM )
Then I open the same file in PS6 (same Camera Raw with LR4) with the Edit in PS command and I notice that my file is even lighter in shadows (very slightly) than the soft proof(Adobe RGB 98)of the same file in LR4.
 (attachment 17 AM).So my question is ,when i see my file in LR4 with no soft proofing, what exactly I am seeing ,why I have this difference between LR4 and PS6 and is it possible to have exactly the same preview
in both applications.
Both, LR4.4 and PS6 work in the Adobe RGB 98 working space.
I hope I have made my self understood because English is not my native language.

One thing to do is make sure you examine both images at 100% (1:1) in both app's.

Thank you . With the soft proof in LR set  in AdobeRGB 98 I have the same preview both in LR4 and PS6.
But with no soft proof  in LR i have less details in shadows e.g. slightly more contrast .
What am I seeing in this case?

On this end, I see no difference viewing an Adobe RGB (1998) document in LR with that profile set as a soft proof or not. And it perfectly matches the preview of the same Adobe RGB (1998) document in Photoshop.

When I view a raw file in Develop and toggle on and off soft proof for Adobe RGB (1998), I see no visual change. I am using a wide gamut display that closely approaches Adobe RGB (1998).

Not sure if this is the same as what you are seeing. If I set the black clipping in LR just enough to activate the clipping indicator and then send the file to edit in Photoshop, then do no editing in Photoshop and save back to LR as a Tiff, the black clipping is changed so that the clipping indicator is no longer activated. Also, there is slight overall change to the histogram. This will happen whether it is a RAW or Tiff file that I send to Photoshop from LR. Currently have LR 4 and PS-CS6, but happened with LR3 and PS 5

I'm getting it on Mac OS 10.6.8, LR4.4.

RGB 6,6,9>2,2,3 only in the shadow regions. Shows up in Apple's DigitalColor Meter and in screenshots opened in Photoshop.

Could be a preview bug mapping high bit linear data to a gamma encoded output using an 8 bit video card preview. I've seen something similarly happen converting a gamma encoded image into a linear space in Photoshop in order to use Exposure...tool in the Adjustment menu. I just know that funky things happen when you mix linear data with gamma encoded previews. 

Or maybe Black Point Compensation might be complicating things. Hard to tell.
