Nope. It was a murky afternoon and suddenly a very small sunbeam hit the scene and illuminated the yellow boat. I sat on a bench when my camera started to ring;-)

Yes, I've used Viveza to tune the green and red boat.

I like the image, but it's a little overcooked (contrast and saturation) for my taste (though it could be my monitor/browser)

On my display, I find that the contrast of this photo is a bit high. Other than that, I like it.

The photograph is wonderful in many respects, but the yellow boat just shouts FAKE. I think that if you turned down the (overdone) saturation and luminance on the yellow boat, you would have something a lot better.

Time to de-Viveza it a bit, Harald. That "very small sunbeam" was a bit much. Everybody seems to have noticed that the weather effect seems, well, let's say, unusual.

Straight from C1, never touched by PP or Viveza. I've just had a discussion how far you can go to enhance natural effects.

I think you can lighten the entire foreground to punch it up and it will look fine.  I think the foliage could use some lightening anyway.
