« on: July 02, 2013, 10:14:42 am »

My paper not advancing and the printhead moving = no ink at all coming out of my printhead. Even on a nozzle check printing. Any great suggestions/solutions? HELP!!!!!

Forgive me if this is a silly question ... but have you tried completely powering the thing down for a few minutes? Odd behavior in computer equipment sometimes responds favorably to a reboot

Just read your other posts.. these machines do not like to be messed with and it sounds like you have been trying to fool the machine
 Don't worry!
It sounds like the self diagnostic calibration kicking in, you have to let it cycle completely through this action, it will stop of it's own accord when done, and then go back to normal printing. This will sometimes occur after a paper jam- head jam or even a serious head strike or just randomly after a given amount of usage.
