Lone Cypress
« on: July 01, 2013, 10:35:39 am »

This is considered the most photographed tree in the world, so I tried to find a composition different from what is usually taken, to tell a story I had in mind when I visited.

It might be the most photographed tree but your photo is superb. The quality of the light is very nice and the water's movements breathes life into this image.

I agree, but I wish the top of the tree weren't quite so close to the top of the photo. It feels cramped.

Nice image. Very good lighting. I had no idea this tree was the most photographed in the world!

I agree it's a nice image but wonder a bit about the sky area "within" the tree, The tonality appears out of sync with the rest of the image. It appears brighter than the sky on either side. Would like to hear your opinion.
