I like the exposure time. Enough to blur the water a bit, but not too much. So we can still see something underneath.

As said before I'm not a huge fan of very long exposure for water but this one is OK. What I like in this image is the color (aqua in LR terms) and the arrangement of the rocks in the foreground. The image is also simple and elegant.

This is a very fine image.
In looking at it closely though I am undecided as to whether a slight increase in contrast may improve it.
Just a thought.
