How to search/select only edited images in library?

Is there a way to automatically select images in the library by an edit parameter? Specifically, I'd like to use the select/search feature so only uncropped images show in the library. This would be in LR5 if it makes a difference.
Thanks!

You certainly can. You just need to create a smart collection and set develop>crop to false.
