HP Utility, z3100ps

Hi, all.
looking for help with HP utility. (newest version)
My color center is greyed out at the "synchronize paper presets".
All else seems good.
What could cause this and how do I repair the issue?

toss the old utility-
make sure all of it is gone-
look through all your computer and discard every folder with anything to do with that utility.
Then download it again and see if it's good-
that utility has little in the way of rhyme or reason.
Just toss it and reload.
