Slobodan - I did indeed regret a ladder as I was trying to get the whole thing under the horizon. I'll really need a bigger tripod.

It's a great set of images but the last two (tractor and barn) are my favourite. Regarding the horizon vs tractor, yes it would been nice to have a higher point of view but you can probably go back and shot it again…

A nice set of images. As Dwayne points out, the potential for a whole raft of different photos of elements, as well as different perspectives on the whole, is considerable. Well worth a return visit to that tractor & the barn.

Details: OK! There is lots to work with close to home. My main excuse is that I get excited by twilight light and find there isn't enough time to get the big pictures, and run out of time for detail exploration. Guess I'll have to start earlier.

Zacly my thought on first seeing.  I do like the steering wheel against the horizon, though.

I really like "Burnoff"  It's one of those images that might not look as interesting in a larger format, but the muted colors and the various textures and shades of white/tan/grey would make a really neat piece of small art in the middle of a pretty large mat.

Hope that doesn't sound too weird - it's just what I see when I look at that

Thanks, James. I like this idea. Certainly not enough there for a big print. I was hoping to include a (very small) vehicle for scale, but no such luck.

Jeremy -- I had a look at B+W but missed the pink tinge afforded by the setting sun.
