Whiskered Screech Owl
« on: June 04, 2013, 11:52:33 am »

The night birding is amazing in southern Arizona. So many nocturnal critters roaming around. The only problem was that meant that I hardly slept for the week I was there

Lovely. This owl isn't very colorful (compared to your other bird photos) but those eyes are so mesmerizing!

Glen
I'm a big fan of your pictures but I find the use of flash is irresponsible. You could have damaged the owl's night vision and I'm sure it interfered with it's hunting temporarily.
