Crossing the Himalayas

Crossed the Himalayas at 33,000 ft only 4,000 from the top of Everest!

What a scene, it dwarfs the Alps by many orders of magnitude!

I've always loved mountains and mountain photos and those one really trigger something in my mind…

The sun had just come up and the controllers in Pakistan had descended us to 33,000' for traffic, so we were just a few thousand feet above the peaks it was one of those "there is a god" moments!

Thanks for the interesting info… At 33'000 ft, you could almost have blown mountaineers off the summits!
