Shifting date a whole year
« on: May 25, 2013, 04:40:32 pm »

Hello,

I have a bunch of images here (about 80) where the camera was set a whole year off (2001 instead of 2002, in that case). Month, Day and Time are correct.
Well, with 80 images it is not the world to change them manually with Adjust to a specified date and time, but if there is a way to automate this, it would be better. Does anyone have a idea how to do it in LR4.4 ?

Thanks in advance

Select the images in question in Grid mode of Library
Go to Metadata>Edit Capture Timeā€¦
Choose Adjust to a specified date and time
Alter the Corrected Time: by one year
Press [Change]
All dates should be shifted by one year.

If you are nervous about it. Just do it to one or two images first and confirm it.
