Dwayne, my first thought looking at the images of the flowers was that the whole image was a bit busy with respect to the subject of the image (the flowers).
However, rules are made to be broken, and in the context of artistic endevour only the result counts.
I understand that DOF is an issue for your equipment and bearing that in mind the result is actually good.
All three images may benefit from increasing exposure just a bit along with a touch more contrast, so no need to apply make-up with a trowel.

Lets also see what other comments there are because there are some very discerning eyes that inhabit this forum.

Responding to Tony's comments, I'll take a stab at my own suggestions.

In the first, I'd like to see a bit more detail in the moth (butterfly?), so I agree that a bit lighter and with a bit more contrast would help.

The second one looks just fine as is, and it's my favorite of the three. Dwayne's processing tends to be gentle rather than shouting, and I like it that way. Many photographers like to pump up both contrast and saturation to no good effect, and I'm glad that Dwayne doesn't.

In the third, I agree that the background seems to compete with the flower somewhat, but I'm not sure any change in processing would fix that.

I must add that I have often tried to take a successful flower photo, and I haven't succeeded yet.

I like #2, and I agree with Tony, that by adding just a little bit of light, it would look even better.

I like the perspective of the last picture. Great!
