Really nice, as always. You'll need to seriously crank up the saturation if you want publication in certain photo-mags though  ;)

Both are outstanding but I prefer the second one. It has more breathing room. The first photo has a nice cloud in front of the sun, though.

Nice balance. I would have been running left and right to try and get the tree and the sun off set from each other.
