Here is a close up portrait of a red-tailed hawk, a rather common raptor in Canada.

Mark, I didn't know you can find Harris hawks in London. Does he live there or just travelling through?

Harris's Hawks aren't indigenous to the UK. They're used to scare pigeons . Apparently they live on handbag dogs from the best addresses. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/earthnews/8505777/Hawks-hunt-down-handbag-dogs-in-central-London.html
