What cam for shooting in the dark?

Do they make a night vision style of cam? Something that sees in the dark? (No, not high ISO cams, something on a different wavelength.)

lensrentals.com  has infrared modified Nikon bodies if that is what you are looking for. http://www.lensrentals.com/rent/nikon/cameras/infrared I suspect you'll still need to use a high ISO however.  If you mean night vision tech like the military uses that is different and my understanding is that it is a lens and light & infrared amplification system.

What quality do you need? Consumer versions of night cameras are available at hunting supply stores, and are posted near potential game trails.
