Any LuLa Members in Moscow?

I posted this initially in the "Printers, Papers..." forum, but apparently not much traction.

I would like to be able to send a file to a printing lab in Moscow, for printing on canvas, and have them deliver it to a friend in Moscow (by mail). Any recommendations? I was living there 14-15 years ago, so my recollection of labs is rather rusty.
