With the clone stamp and a little resizing, you could do it in a mere infinite number of steps.

It wasn't all that long ago that I was getting a couple hundred miles a week on my road bike, so I can imagine what it would be like to stop, snap your left foot out of the Look cleat, and lower your crotch onto that little bike. Wow! That'd get you going again.

Besides the theme, I like the complexity of the shot.  Too bad you couldn't have removed the red for sale sign.
