The brick/cobbled pathway visible through the arch on the left is interesting. It was not immediately clear to me what it was, so I had a little flash of Escheresque visualization there. A nice touch.

Mostly I find architectural studies pretty dull, but that little trompe l'oeil pushed this one over for me.
