And this is where a Fuji GW670lll comes in wonderfully handy.

Not the first venue  to ban interchangeable lenses. Coachella Music Festival is another.

Long lenses and drinks (water!) aren't forbidden for safety reasons, IMHO. My shoulder bag was very carefully inspected at a baseball game in Phoenix last month.  Not for safety.  For foodstuffs that would compete with the concessions.


Peter, those venues are afraid your photos will compete with whatever photos/programs they're selling. As to guns in AZ, property owners can post "no firearms" signs at their business if they so choose.
