Yes, setup cartridges I believe. I couldn't remember if this could be done by a user or had to be a technician, but yes, mainly having to do with getting air out of the lines then running ink through.
Are you having any luck with the head cleanings?
I just remembered a trick I used to do with a printer that had clogs. Look at the diagnostic printout and see which colors are the worst. Make an image using mainly just that color and print it several times, basically forcing the printer to push the ink.
Sometimes it works, it can't hurt at any rate.
I'd print, print, then head clean, and continue until I got it. In this case the sheet was usually an 8x10, but you could do larger, for example a 13 x 19 with a large yellow square on it if yellow is the clog, etc.
Like I said, can't hurt to try.
