Low tide at Ft.Abercrombie. Kodiak, AK
« on: April 23, 2013, 07:23:10 pm »

Here are a couple I snapped at low tide the other day. There are some pretty interesting rock formations out there. I was hoping for a better sky but not all the stars align all of the time... or most of the time for that matter!
The Pano is 4 images taken vertically with my 70-200 2.8L at 70mm. I've been wanting to try Panoramics with my telephoto to see how the shaprness came out.. seems prettty well I suppose.

Lots of potential, AJ. Hope you can get back for better skies.

A bit of a halo around the big rock. I'm sensitive because these seem to appear on my prints. Halos, I mean.
