Like Scott Martin, I think that your sensor is over ! symptoms are classic. its filters are in gelatin so, with time they deteriorate and... without warning ! Change your sensor for the i1 Display Pro. It is a very good colorimeter/software and... it have a glass filters.

I would like to resurrect this old post since it never came to a final solution.  I have this problem too and the devise seems to work fine since it works with my nec PA271w software and I did the diagnostic test.  Did anybody figure this out?  I would love to hear.
