Hi guys,
I'm wondering if anyone's been having problems with printing on the 4900 using the front manual feed. I'm trying to print on a thick paper (1mm thick) for graphic post cards, and when I load the paper in front, the printer skews it and keeps on saying "paper jam". Is this because the paper I'm loading is letter size?
Any help with regards to this matter would greatly be appreciated.
