Berlebach wood tripod, Report model 3042
« on: March 20, 2013, 01:43:10 pm »

Offered up is my almost new Berlebach 2-section wood tripod with the integrated leveling base and center column with bubble level. This is a fast tripod to set up, has 3-position leg spread, each independent from the other for uneven surfaces or use on stairs. The ash wood legs do not get cold, and then absorb vibration better than carbon fiber making this the tripod of choice for architecture and landscape shooters.

Here are some specs from Berlebach's web site:

Mounting head with ball, built-in spirit level, and centre column. The ball has a diameter of 55 mm and can be tilted 30° in all directions. The centre column has a diameter of 25 mm. It is reversible. Camera plate, 68 mm in diameter, with lock screws. Large heights can be reached and near-to-ground work is possible by using the various centre columns. Extremely convenient when working on uneven ground. Single leg extension.
