Another very fine image. I like the curve of this well-trodden ridge, it leads the eyes through the vast landscape.

This is a spectacular image Pramote.
In the past you have posted many glorious colour images but this B&W image arguably tops those.
The detail is magnificent from the individual grains of sand to that awesome sky.
The line of that dune lit with that fabulous sidelight - mere words fail description of this.

Tell me that you have a great big print of this on your wall - it deserves star billing!

Nice tones in this image. However, on my monitor there seems to be a distinct halo along the horizon. Or am I seeing things?

I see the halo too, but that should be fixable. It's a great shot.

Yes Eric, I see the halo but as Myrvaagnes said, I can correct it (not new, in San Diego for a conference). I bracketed the photos and did not use the GND for this one.
I remember I really enjoyed editing this image in PS as I had excellent light to start with.
