I know you can do a lot of this easily with software like ColorThink. But if you are the type that likes to understand what's going on behind the scenes, this might make a good weekend diversion:
Exploring Color Theory With BlenderBlender is an open source modeling/rendering app. At the end of the post there's a link where you can download the blender file that includes the python script showing how to make a few of the plots with only color matrices and the conversion formulas.
I'm a photographer, not a programmer or much of a color expert; I'm open to constructive ideas & corrections.
