Spectraview and mountain Lion 10.8.3

So has this fixed the problem ..i think maybe it has, i have yet to connect my calibration device to try, but ..i am not getting the no communication message when i launch spectraview

To add the first time i launched spectra view, it crashed on me, second time was fine..
