Color Munki Profiling
« on: March 14, 2013, 01:02:56 pm »

Just opened up my Color Munki and profiled a few papers
It has an option to refine the profile by selecting an image
and scanning one more test sheet
1. Will the profile improve with each pass of this process?
2. What images are best to use?
3. How many passes is optimum?
Thanks
Marc

I can't answer #1 or #3, but for #2 the idea is that you feed it an image that is representative of the kind of images you work with, if there is such a thing. It will fine tune the profile for the colors that are prominent in that image. I suppose if you only shoot red beach balls, then you'll get improved reds.  :)
