I just bought a Linhof Techno from Paula at Linhof Studio in England.  She is great to work with, very knowledgeable and best of all, because she coded the shipment as a film camera, it arrived to my address in two days (USA, midwest,) with no import duty.  http://www.linhofstudio.com/
BTW, I love the camera.  It is solid, precise, and a pleasure to use.

thanks for the reply!
Unless I get lucky and find a pre owned one dirt cheap in great condition (probably not), I will buy mine at Directdigital imaging. They have a bundle package:
http://www.directdigitalimaging.com/product/Phase%20One/Phase%20One%20Back%20&%20Linhof%20Techno%20bundle/114

Did you get the new bright glass:

As I live in Stockholm (Sweden) there wont´t be a problem with taxes; UK/Sweden is part of the same market.

Would be great to know what you bought and how much you paid- if linhof studios can match the price of directdigitalimaging, I might buy it there also.
Take care and enjoy!
