I hope you can see it on the small jpeg - Penguin mid flight in snow storm.
I love Antarctica when it is snowing like this. Snowflakes the size of golf balls

Even sans the penguin it is still a wonderful shot.

I don't usually respond to iceberg shots. But this one is very nice. I love the clear blue ice melt in the middle of the berg.
Frankly, the bird doesn't do much for me, but that might be due to the small size of the image. Overall, it works for me.

I bet this looks great in a BIG print, say about the size of "Rhein II" maybe?

I agree, the colors, the composition and the moody sky are already fantastic, the penguin is just the icing on the cake.

Extremely impressive shot. Love the blue and white surrounded by the subtle tones of the background. Not sure the penguin does anything for this, although I might change my mind should I see it on a wall in a real large print. Well done.

I find the grayness surrounding the ice an interesting choice. It creates the mood and concentrates the attention to the blue pond in the middle. I find the pond, not the penguin, to actually be the "caking on the ice," if I may transpose it so
