I really like the first one. There is just enough blurring to indicate speed and movement, it also seems to give the entire picture a kind of texture. I think the red lights up ahead add both colour and a bit of drama. The trees have a ghostly look, I really like it.

The second picture demonstrates what I find pleasing in the first - there is too much blur - which strains my eyes.
