Stand alone Adobe DNG converter not updated when ACR-DNG updated

I sometimes have to download my cards before I can convert to DNG due to time constraints. I have noticed for a long time that even though I can use the update notices that Adobe has for ACR and DNG together, the stand alone DNG converter doesn't update. I have to go to Adobe and get the update on my own. Why doesn't that update when you update the combo?

The free DNG Converter is a stand alone app that is not part of the Adobe updates application. So, you need to remember to go and get it when you update ACR. Not really much of a hassle considering it's free, right?
