The beloved old gooney bird. One of the finest airplanes ever built, and it's still flying in some parts of the world. I've got about a thousand hours in that old tank and I'd love to fly it once more before I pass on with it.

I think the framing is superb and all that dark uniform sky is the perfect backdrop. I am especially liking the way you handled the fence. It is there, you didn't try removing it as so many might try, and the diffuse rendering is a perfect and honest use of it. Very enjoyable photograph.
