It's an awesome landscape. I'd like it more if the woman closest to the camera was even closer in the foreground.

I like this shot, Petrus. However (isn't there always a 'big but'), although I also tone some of my BW photos, the toning just doesn't work for me here.

It's a fine shot, Petrus. The gal standing on the wat greeting the dawn with dozens, maybe hundreds of other wats in the background. But I agree with John. I'm not thrilled by the toning.

I'm enjoying this more each time I look at it. The monotint is effective even if the color wouldn't be my first choice. It matters not much though, because the photograph carries itself no matter the tint. There are planes of interest beginning in the immediate f/g and going pretty much all the way to the horizon. The whole idea of the photograph works well to me and give me a lot to engage with. I would quibble in a small way that the young woman with arms raised is blocking those behind in a kind of awkward way. It would be great of the two women behind were one foot more to the left.

I think if the temple on the right were toned down a tiny bit, the picture would improve. And, on my screen I am seeing some haloing or fringing around the edges.  Very interesting though.

I certainly agree that this image has real promise but I also agree that the tinting is somehow wrong.
Perhaps a slightly warmer tint may work but maybe just lots of experimentation to see what really works.
I would persevere here because this image is a winner.

I agree with the tinting… but other than that, this image is pure joy!
