My 5+ year old Eizo CG211 is having a an increasingly difficult time of achieving the target brightness level of 90 cd/m2. Today's calibration registered at 75.6 cd/m2. Is this a sign that the monitor needs replacement?
FWIW, I use the monitor for photography but earn my living as a designer. Since I rarely go on press checks any more, I must rely on the accuracy of my monitor before sending files off to a printer.
Thanks!
Tim
