Have been unable to locate this in the printer dialogue of LR4. Is there one?

It is printer specific & will either be located in the printer driver under "page setup" or, more likely, in the printer's menu "on the printer itself."

It is not a Lightroom print module parameter, per se.

In the Epson printer driver it appears under "Advanced Media Control". I believe that the setting here will override any value set using the printer's local menu, although I'm not 100% sure...
