I still do not like the LUT method, so I tried several other test with help of dcptool
To my surprise, DNG Profile Editor is not capable of generate a matrix by its chart wizard, it always take the first selected profile and add color table and curve. Maybe that's why it is called Profile EDITOR
So basically it is only used to generate a LUT, and that is the reason it works so fast (no back and forth searching for the best matching matrix)
But xrite software really generated different matrix for different photos, so I will stick to xrite software from now on
