I recently tried creating a dng profiles for my camera. I am having trouble making a profile for my Panasonic Lumix LX7. I am using Lightroom 3.5 and Color checker Passport 1.0.2. I successfully created a profile for my nikon d5000. For the Lumix, the pictures are coming out with too much Magenta. I made profiles using a cloudy day and profile using 5100k bulbs. Still too much magenta. Any suggestions?
Also, I'm metering on the 3rd darkest grey square and then bracketing. When I look at the files RGB values, a darker exposure gives me a value closer to the value of the 3rd darkest square. How do I determine the correct exposure?
Thanks for taking the time to read and answer.
